Under our returns policy, eligible products can be refunded in full. Depending on the circumstances, we may also offer a replacement if you prefer.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrives damaged, faulty or in poor condition so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat $12 shipping rate to capital cities Australia-wide. Shipping charges for regional and remote locations may vary and will be shown at checkout.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Dispatch times
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.
Please note that dispatch time refers to the time between placing your order and your parcel leaving our warehouse. It does not include Australia Post delivery time. During particularly busy periods, promotions or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated Australia Post delivery times are:
- Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: allow up to 10 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post network delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Extended delivery timeframes caused by freight or postal network delays beyond our control do not, by themselves, entitle an order to be cancelled or returned.
