These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Nooble.com.au and purchases made through the Nooble online store.
Nooble is operated by Global Desserts Pty Ltd (“Nooble”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. About Nooble
Nooble operates an Australian website providing gluten-free products, recipes, reviews, information and other content.

2. Online Store
Nooble operates an ecommerce store through which customers can purchase gluten-free foods and other products.
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We may add, remove or change products at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- There has been an obvious pricing or product information error
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- We are unable to deliver to the address supplied
- The order breaches these Terms & Conditions or applicable law
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any applicable delivery charges.
3. Orders
When you place an order through Nooble, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may send you an automated acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received.
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order before it is processed.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied with your order, including your name, email address, billing information and delivery address, is accurate and complete.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on Nooble are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of genuine errors.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to give you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the affected item for a refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Nooble does not store or retain your full credit or debit card details.
Your payment provider may have its own terms and privacy policy governing its processing of your payment information.
An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully authorised or processed.
6. Product Availability
Our product range may include limited-quantity stock, promotional stock, consignments, clearance products, short-dated products and other products that may sell out quickly.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative, refund the unavailable product, or cancel and refund the affected part of your order.
7. Short-Dated and Clearance Products
Some products sold by Nooble may be discounted because they are approaching their best-before date, are clearance stock, have packaging changes, form part of a limited consignment or are otherwise being offered at a reduced price.
Where a product is being sold as short-dated, we will aim to clearly identify this on the relevant product page.
A best-before date relates primarily to product quality and is different from a use-by date.
Products must not be consumed after their use-by date.
Purchasing a product that has been clearly identified as short-dated or clearance stock does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
8. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, ingredients and other information displayed on Nooble are accurate.
However, packaging, formulations, ingredients, product appearance and manufacturer information can change.
Product images are illustrative and the packaging you receive may differ from images displayed on the website.
For food products, always check the information on the product packaging before consumption, particularly if you have allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements.
If there is a discrepancy between information displayed on Nooble and the information supplied on the physical product, contact us if you are uncertain before consuming the product.
9. Gluten-Free and Allergen Information
Nooble specialises in gluten-free products and information.
We take reasonable care when describing products as gluten-free and generally rely on information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers and product packaging.
Manufacturers may change ingredients, formulations, production processes or allergen statements without notice.
If you have coeliac disease, food allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements, you should always read the ingredient list, allergen statement and other information on the product packaging before consuming a product.
References to products being gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan or suitable for another dietary requirement should not replace checking the manufacturer’s current product information.
Nothing on Nooble constitutes medical or dietary advice.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to eligible Australian addresses using third-party postal, courier and delivery providers.
Available delivery methods and charges are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, peak periods, public holidays and other disruptions.
We will take reasonable steps to dispatch orders within the timeframe indicated on our website.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because delivery could not be completed for reasons outside our control, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Risk and Delivery
Responsibility for products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address provided with your order, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist with an investigation.
12. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
This may include circumstances where a product is:
- Faulty or damaged
- Unsafe
- Significantly different from its description
- Not of acceptable quality

13. Change-of-Mind Returns
Because many products sold through Nooble are food products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
This does not affect your rights where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, special offers or other promotions.
Additional conditions may apply to individual promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Only one promotional code may be used per order
- Promotions are available for a limited time or while stocks last
- Promotions may exclude particular products
- Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to receive the discount
We may cancel or refuse a promotion where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, improperly or contrary to its stated conditions.

You and Global Desserts Pty Ltd submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
