What we thought
Tip Top The One Gluten Free Soft White ranked number four of the seven sliced white loaves we tested. The loaf looks appealing with its golden-brown crust and clean white interior, and the shape is spot on for sandwiches or toast.

In terms of texture, it’s soft and elastic, but the extra moisture lets it down. Eaten fresh, the bread can feel claggy and a little heavy to chew. Toasting, however, transforms it—bringing out a much better texture and improving the overall eating experience.
All in all, this is a solid gluten-free bread that earns its place in the middle of our list. It looks great, performs well when toasted, and is a reliable option for those who don’t mind a slightly denser bite.
