What we thought

A solid option, though definitely on the pricier side.

Barilla Gluten Free Fusilli is one of only three brands endorsed by Coeliac Australia, giving it strong credibility for those who need a trustworthy gluten-free choice. However, during our testing it scored lower for Australian sourcing and ownership, as it’s made entirely overseas.

During our roundup review, we also noticed a few black flecks in the pasta — not a dealbreaker, but something that stood out.
